![]() I looked up this 2016 MBPro and it can apparently handle the OS through Mohave. Things SEEM to work now that they are installed. I upgraded the OS to High Sierra and then installed CS6 via the install disk I own, then upgraded it to the latest version via an update from Adobe's site. Second, I have a 2016 MacBook Pro, and I decided to test things on that one. I read that the INSTALLER part of Adobe CS6 was a 32-bit installer, but the program itself, once installed, ran on 64 bit. I have read about there being a problem with the 32-bit vs. Even what I have with El Capitan required the download of a legacy Java in order to allow Illustrator to work. ![]() It's hard to get reliable info about which system CS6 actually works with. I have been reluctant to update the OS and I'm worried about when I need to replace these computers with a new one, which would be running Mohave and soon will be running Catalina when I buy the new Mac. In Design has a few tiny quirks but they are easy to deal with. ![]() I've kept both my Macs at El Capitan 10.11.6 because the entire CS6 including In Design all work well enough on that OS. I currently used Photoshop CS6 on older Macs.
